Funding other groups to help beat homelessness

We’re stronger together

It’s our goal to end homelessness, and we know we can’t do it alone. That’s why we started Hope Funds.

Through this programme, we give grants to charities and other groups which are each working to address homelessness in different ways. Our partners provide emergency shelter, financial aid, counselling, employment skills, and much more.

Our fifth round of funding closed in autumn 2025 and the next round will open in February 2027. Follow us on social media for further information.

It’s helping thousands of people

Since its launch in 2020, Hope Funds has delivered a remarkable £587,473 in funding provided to other homelessness organisations. We estimate this has directly helped over 29,264 individuals and families, providing life-changing support to those who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of it.
Hope Funds allows partners to experiment, learn, and adapt, while easing the pressure of finding funding. We’re giving them the opportunity to dream bigger, act bolder, and deliver more, so we see Hope Funds as a vital step towards replacing homelessness with hope.

Our current partners

Hope Funds is now into its fifth round, which launched in October 2025. We’re delighted to be working with a wide range of partners, all working hard to support people who are at risk of or are experiencing homelessness. Our partners in this round are focused on addressing immediate needs and exploring innovative approaches to homelessness prevention.

We say we offer our partners time, skills and money – so it was time we stayed true to our word.

We are very proud of our partnership with Hasler-White Inclusive Facilitation to provide fully funded open access workshops designed to help our partners strengthen and grow their organisations. Rebecca will also be providing coaching and other support. This will be accessed by the provision of £1,500 bursary per organisation for partners in Round 5 of Hope Funds.

You can find out more about Steps to Sustainability on Rebecca's website.
